The Fulfillment
Offline Tech is responsible for handling of return shipments,
UPS/FedEx call tag creation, patient tracking information, manufacturer calls,
stop orders, expedited orders,  while ensuring a high level of customer
service and maximizing productivity.If hired before June 30, 2017, there is a $2,000 sign on bonus for this position!

 

This
position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required
to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal
business hours of (5am to 12:30am). It may be necessary, given the business
need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located
at 1050 Patrol Rd, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.

 

Primary
Responsibilities:

Process
return shipments for inventory accuracy and medication handling.Navigate
across multiple computer systems to respond to questions or to provide
specific medication details/clinical informationCreate
return labels for patients to return shipment or answer questions from
third party vendors on supply or logistics questions.Apply
computer skills to track shipments for patients and keep updated
information in various computer systems.Process,
pack or ship pharmacy orders to include the counting and dispensing of
medications, accurate labeling and packing in appropriate manner for
shipment within the required time framesContact
manufacturers on any medication issues with patients.Contact carriers to stop order or contact carriers to
expedited orders for patients.

Requirements

Requirements:

 High school diploma or GED.All
new hires will be required to successful complete Pharmacy Operations
training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the materialFamiliarity
with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to
learn new and complex computer system application

Possess
Current Indiana Pharmacy Tech License or National Pharmacy Tech license or the
ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire


Assets: 1+
