Construction Superintendent - Full-time / Part-time

Currently hiring for 2 Superintendents to help manage the build outs & ground up builds of projects throughout the United States but primarily east of the Mississippi River.

The average time-frame for one of these projects is 3-7 weeks depending on if it is a fit out or ground up build.

Ideal candidates will have a carpentry background who has worked their way up to a Superintendent role and someone who is open to traveling.

Job Responsibilities include:

- Manage & schedule subcontractors
- Except and inspect material deliveries
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of Building Codes
- Strong sequence of construction understanding
