Must be able to work days/nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work together as a team and solo.
Must be punctual, dependable, have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must also be able to multitask under pressure, be responsible for maintaining timing on the line, read properly execute recipes and be detail oriented.
Must be able to adapt to volume levels with a sense of urgency
Adherence to health and safety standards in food storage and preparation is mandatory.
Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Must be able to lift up to or over 50 pounds and carry it over 25 ft.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Must be responsible for controlling inventory.
Must have problem solving and decision making skills.
ServSafe Certified is a plus.
Must be able to create menu items for specials.
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude AT ALL TIMES.
