Staffmark is hiring a Debagger for a well known company in Conestoga, Pennsylvania. The Debagger position is responsible for efficiently, effectively, and safely supplying the fluid production lines with plastic containers used in filling operations. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
Job Duties: Upload plastic containers from tractor trailers onto transfer carts and transport them to the appropriate table. Unload containers at a rate that keeps pace with production demands. Communicate with the jockey personnel and notify them when a trailer needs to be moved. Work with Filler Operators to ensure successful code changes for changeovers. Communicate with relief persons on preceding and on-coming shifts concerning daily operations in order to ensure a smooth transition between shifts. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful completion of job-related tasks.
Pay Rate: $ 12.00/hr.

Requirements

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure proper housekeeping of workstation and general area. Set a good example on a daily basis by his/her actions and attitude. Ability to work overtime during peak production periods to ensure customer demands are met. Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelines.. Works effectively with department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
