The Senior Strategic Account Executive is responsible for leading strategic client relationship management. He/she responsible for leading the development and ensuring the execution of the strategic plans for his/her assigned clients.

Fundamental Components:

Seeking Senior Strategic Account Executive with proven success in working with jumbo accounts who desires to work as part of a collaborative team. This candidate needs strong leadership skills, passion for working with customers to help develop and executive on their wellbeing strategy wellbeing strategy. Main areas of focus for this role:

* Meeting with senior level individuals within an organization and messaging effectively to key decision makers.

* Ability to engage senior level individuals within AHM to deliver client solutions and align resources with client expectations.

* Develop and executes client specific strategies to include measures of success, goals, retention strategies, up sell potential. To include analysis of data, incentive program designs, strategies to improve engagement and overall performance.

* Responsible for creating client focused forums with the Account Management team, Clinical OPS, Clinical, Reporting and Product. To assure all parties are aligned with client goals and measures of success and retention strategies.

* Considered expert in all AHM products services and industry trends.

* Create long term strategies that minimize AHMs exposure to going out to bid as well as develop grow strategies as applicable.

* Work with team to develop quarterly presentations responsible for providing timely strategy documentation and participating in all client prep meetings. Submit timely report requests prepare for quarterly meetings.

* Develop communications strategy to help customers promote wellbeing and products

* Meet with the account team weekly on issues and operational status of account.

* Raise retention issues and improvement plans to all appropriate parties.

* Able to handle the largest and most complex customers.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

* 8+ years healthcare industry experience managing large, complex accounts. Preferred experience with Wellness Programs and ACO programs.

* Proven success in account retention, upsell, and strategic solutions.

* Several years of experience with Client Relations and Account Management.

* Project Management experience.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired

Health and Fitness/Wellness Coach is desired

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

* The primary location is New York City and must be able to attend one week of training in the New York City office.

* Travel % will be higher if not located in the New York area.

* Telecommuting is an option, but must be able to travel to New York City.
