Our Client is seeking an Experienced CMM Programmer:
The CMM Programmer will program and maintain CMM hardware/software and work with the development teams on statistical data analysis and related product launch inspection, layout, and inspection documentation.
The CMM Programmer will also manage and train operators gage calibration systems. Project is set to transition to Calpyso from PC-DMIS.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing quality capacity a plus.
- Interpretation of complex blueprints including GD&T
The ability to calculate and interpret common statistics (measurement and capability studies) - Experience with any of the following would be considered a plus: Surface Plate Layout, Calibration, CMM programming, turbine blades or vanes, investment casting, Minitab software
- Needs to be an EXPERT with Calypso software.
