The Back Store at Peru Mall is seeking someone for a Retail Sales Associate position who is highly motivated and looking for a promising job with high earning potential. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required.
Successful candidates will possess:
- 2+ Years Retail sales experience
- Be able to work independently while simultaneously implementing team driven objectives
- Be an expert in sales and negotiation
- Full work availability including evenings, and weekends (30-38 hours average per week)
