Receptionist/Admin Assistant Express Employment is seeking an Accountant or office manager to work for our client in Omaha, NE. As receptionist your day to day duties will consist of: •Answers multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages, and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner. •Sort work orders, and mail or files invoices. •Collects and sorts incoming mail •Alphabetizes and runs daily tape on incoming checks. •Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival. •Prepares outgoing mail using postage meter and delivers mail to nearest USPS receptacle. •Receives and signs for packages, and delivers to the appropriate person promptly. •Operates standard office equipment to include multi-line telephone system, facsimile machine, photocopy machine, postage meter, calculator, and computer/printer. •Sends documents via facsimile as requested. •Types correspondence and memorandums in proper format, proofreads, and mails as assigned. •Maintains an adequate office supply inventory and requisitions additional items as needed. •Oversees customer invoices not sent by mail to include email and fax. •Assists in scanning and emailing invoices to customers by request. •Performs other tasks and projects as needed by other team members. •using Excel Spreadsheets Receptionist is a great opportunity because it offers: •full time $13-$15/HR Long Term opportunity Job Requirements •Proficient in Excel and Word.

Pay for this position is $13-$15/HR
