Key Activities:

• Developing the knowledge, skills and abilities as it pertains to synthetic turf installation including excavation, drainage, field layout, seaming techniques, infilling, etc. 
• Possible work on natural or synthetic turf products with MLB, NFL, or NCAA teams
• May assist Superintendent to train others and take initiative and responsibility
• Promote The Motz Group Core Values in all interactions (internal and external)

Requirements:

• Able to work in a team environment

• Requires reliable, honest, hardworking and motivated self starter
• Long hours working outdoors, including Saturday/Overtime work required in peak season
• Overnight travel and travel out of State
• Clean, groomed appearance
• Reliable means of transportation to/from the project site or shop and clean driving record
• Able to pass drug screen and background check
• Construction flooring experience preferred
• CDL, OSHA 10 or 30, ability to operate tractors, bobcats and forklifts a plus
• Frequently required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Frequently exposed to fumes, dust, vibrations and will get "hands dirty"
• Occasionally exposed to extreme weather conditions at job sites
• Must lift or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds

Compensation:

• $12/hour to start plus overtime pay over 40 hours/week
  • Hours during busy season (summer) could be 60+ per week
• Travel per diem
• Company shirts provided
• Potential advancement to permanent position
