About this job

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for ordering and assisting with managing inventory on a daily and weekly basis. They will also assist with month end inventories, receiving deliveries and shipping of packages. Duties also include daily tracking of all F&B credits, working with vendors, and Accounts Payable.

In this role, the Purchasing Coordinator will:

* Ensure all PO and Non-PO invoices are scanned to Shared Service

* Run "on hold" reports to resolve open invoice issues

* Run un-invoiced report (Weekly and Month End)

* Update an expose Oracle Vendors to Birch Street

* Communicate with Shared Service regarding invoices discrepancies.

* This person must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight and have basic communication skills.

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

* Basic verbal and written communication skills

* General computer knowledge
