Fish Window Cleaning is looking for a full time Assistant Operations Manager for an established window cleaning business.
Assistant Manager
Requirements:
* Training and/or Management Experience is helpful
* Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
Responsibilities include assisting with:
* Assist Operations Manager with day to day activities
* Manage staff, preparing work schedule and assigning specific duties
* Direction and coordination of window cleaning production
* Extraordinary customer service skills and ability to work through issues that may arise
* Ability to run a crew and promote a positive work environment
* Provide estimates to potential and existing customers.
* Equipment management
* Potential earnings between $20-$25 per hour
