Wayback Burgers 4104 Surles Ct # 2, Durham, NC 27703 (across from Morrisville Walmart)
Where the food is fresh and people are real. We are a fast casual burger joint in RTP/Morrisville area.
Wayback Burgers in Durham, NC (across from Morrisville Walmart) is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to work various part-time shifts including evenings, weekdays and weekends.
Team Members at Wayback Burgers learn valuable new skills that can help them develop a career for their future. Team Members need to implement all the standard operational procedures of the company and make sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible.
Major responsibilities:
- Include taking orders.
- Cleaning the kitchen area and other work stations and ensuring the total cleanliness of the workplace.
- Packaging takeout orders.
- Serving customers at the counters.
- Stocking of refrigerators and stations.
- Ensuring products/supplies are rotated using the FIFO method.
- Assembling food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads and preparing milkshakes.
- Preparing all food products according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining courteous interaction with customers at all times.
- Initiating actions to resolve customer complaints and referring customers concerns to the management.
- Notifying management team immediately when equipment requires repair.
- The role may include additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the management team.
Team Members must also make sure that the food that's being served is always fresh and has undergone the proper food handling procedure.
Must be able to work 3-6 shifts per week
ServSafe Certification a Plus
Must be able to work weekdays and weekends. No call offs allowed without finding a replacement to cover your shift
Must have reliable transportation
Willing to train the right candidates
Must be able to work various shifts per week
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
