Ensures high placement rates by continually following up with unemployed graduates via phone, text, email, and FACEBOOK to assist them with securing a position in the industry.
ES ensures our graduates gain successful employment in the industry by preparing and coaching to enhance job opportunities with items such as successful interviewing skills, resume creation, etc. and by matching available employment to student abilities and preferred geographical areas
Ensures ACCSC standards are met by accurately collecting and recording student's and graduates employment records. Ensure compliance per SOP and ACCSC guidelines for all Graduate Employment Verification's.
This includes securing proper written documentation and or verbal verification and that all details are documented correctly in SMART. Responsible for assuring that all verification's are completed in a timely fashion.
Supports Employment Services team members by providing administrative support functions such as tracking calls, creating files, data entry support.
Helps ensure a positive student experience by assisting students with resume creation and editing. Proficient in computer software applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Assists students while attending school to obtain employment by preparing and coaching to enhance job opportunities with items such as interview skills and resume creation.
