Production Operator - Full-time / Part-time

The production operator will be responsible for:

-Set up of machinery
-monitoring line for performance
-monitoring product to be aware of any quality issues
-ability to rehome and adjust teach pins
-work in tandem with material handler to keep proper flow of production
-perform very minimal PM work, basically grease and lube

COMPANY JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintain minimum line standards for production.
Provide guidance and tend to automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
Follow production/process specifications or instruction of technical personnel.
Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, related controls and
guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
Perform simple tests to verify production/process conditions.
Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to
equipment to maintain quality welds.
Complete all related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Be able to configure the correct data set on the panel view.
Understand and implement proper changeover procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge with robot control safely.
Able to follow written directions for proper changeover procedures.
Be able to perform skid setup and positioning, loader/unloader and stacking properly.
Follow all PPE standards required for the position.
Perform other duties as required.
