Shares the responsibility with other laboratory personnel in providing Custer Regional Hospital and all affiliated health care providers with high quality laboratory services. Performs a variety of laboratory tests, routine to complex, which require independent judgment and responsibility; reports results, maintains records, equipment and quality control. The Mission of Custer Regional Health is to be the innovative leader in providing continuum of care in Custer and the surrounding region. Custer Regional Hospital Laboratory is committed to providing quality and safe laboratory services to our customers. CRH Laboratory will: Make patient safety our first priority; Communicate effectively with the physician and nursing department to reduce the possibility of medical errors; Be familiar with and committed to following laboratory policies, processes and procedures; Comply with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Education Requirements: ASCP or equivalent certification
Associates in Health Sciences Preferred
High School Diploma/G.E.D Equivalent - required
