PrideStaff is seeking an individual for a full-time temporary to hire career opportunity for a local financial services company in the northern suburbs. Administrators require good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration. They must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail. They must also be good communicators, working with other clients and providing exceptional service.

This role pays between $13 to 14 per hour, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m.

Job Description:
  • Greet the clients and prospective clients in a friendly sincere manner
  • Making the clients feel very welcomed
  • Answering all incoming phone calls
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients, including scheduling and handling calendars
  • Manages production and mailing list of clients
  • Manages social media presence
  • Making touch basis calls
  • Orders and handles office supplies
  • Coordinates outside vendors and assist with setting up seminars
  • Coordinates client communication efforts( ex: client newsletter)
  • Assists with client events as well as marketing events
  • Develop and maintains written systems of all activities
  • Ability to learn CRM datase
