Forklift - Picker

This is a temporary to hire position. Do you want to grow with a stable and expanding company? Do you take initiative and aren’t afraid to ask questions? Are you flexible with your schedule? If so, PrideStaff has a career opportunity for you. There are 1st and 2nd shift positions available; 7 am to 4:30 pm and 4 pm to 12 midnight. The hourly rate is $10.50 to start.

Job Description

• Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials
• Picks and fills requisitions and orders by utilizing a R/F scanner
• Packs, crates, wraps, and ships products and materials to customers
• May operate forklift, reach truck and battery operated pallet jack
• Performs a variety of task in the warehouse
• Works under general supervision of a supervisor or manager
• Will utilize walkie-talkies to communicate to team

• Must have a team player attitude
• Must have prior experience with forklift, reach truck and battery operated pallet jack
• Flexibility in schedule
• Excellent math skills
• Not afraid to ask questions

PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated, career oriented individual for a full-time temporary to hire dispatcher-customer service position for their client located int he northern suburbs. This individual must have experience in route sales and service. Fire prevention is a plus.

Job Description:

• Handle small multi line phone systems
• Schedule all customer services
• Enter accurate/updated information for every customer
• Handles customer issues in a professional manner
• Dispatches technicians based on qualification and location

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Quick & accurate typing
• Knowledge of Allegheny County and surrounding counties-such as townships and road systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
