Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Plato's Closet is looking for Store Managers! Unlike other retailers, Plato's Closet is thriving and looking to hire more talented retail professionals.

This is a working manager's position, keeping you busy yet feeling energized. We have small business feel where you will have great resources and even get to know the owners.

Qualifications:

-Must have experience hiring, training, coaching, and terminating
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Excellent customer service and sales skills
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
-Ability to provide leadership and inspire people with fun, positive energy
-Strong operational, organizational, and problem solving skills
-Able to work 40-45 hours a week, with Sundays off
