Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is looking for a maintenance technician for their 3rd shift. This is due to continued company growth. Technicians are responsible for maintaining injection molding and thermoforming machinery.

3rd shift - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
*Rare to work excessive overtime or weekends

Job Duties:
-Inspect machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
-Manually dismantle defective machines or electronic components of machinery and equipment
-Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Lay out, measure, cut, thread, and install new pipes, hoes, valves, and manifolds
-Install and repair electrical and electronic components of machinery (PLC troubleshooting-Allen Bradley)
-Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulations, and related equipment
-Install and modify programs for automated machinery and equipment
-Read blueprints, ladder logic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics to troubleshoot machines
-Set up and operate lathe, drill presses, grinders, and other metal working tools to make and repair parts
-Welding as needed
-Able to use the control systems on equipment to start, move, test, and shut down to complete work
-Maintain and support the preventative maintenance programs for all equipment

Candidates are expected to have their own basic tools, and will be given a list of tools they will be provided if necessary
