Assembler

Job Description:

• Performs simple assembly operations.
• Reads a tape measure, simple blue prints, and operates power hand tools, performs
• Diversified assembly or adjusting duties such as complete assembly of units involving a number of parts or erection of larger units having a limited number of parts and fairly liberal tolerances.
• Requires fitting and adjusting to meet operating requirements of products.
• May also assemble minor units or a small number of usually standardized products.
• Operation of forklift
• This position can involve bench assembly operations on lightweight parts or large assemblies requiring overhead crane and/or lift truck assistance.
• Work on basic machines such as drill press, cut off saws, belt sanders and with deburring tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1 Year manufacturing production experience required.
  
• Ability to perform basic math
  
• Mechanically-inclined
  
• Ability to operate basic power hand tools torches
  
• Knowledge of basic instrumentation

Additional Information:

1st shift 6am - 430pm Monday- Thursday
OT on Fridays
