Bilingual Outbound Customer Service Representatives Job description:

The Patient Acquisition and Retention Advocates are responsible for actuating member retention and facilitating member acquisition. Position will enhance customer satisfaction by providing best-in-class telephone support for network benefits, finding a provider, and problem resolution for prospective leads and current members. The PAR will always use a professional and pleasant tone in every call. PAR will answer several phone queues. This position will support marketing events and campaigns through outbound and inbound calls and through accurate logging of prospect contact information and call results under appropriate campaign in our CRM software Sales force.

Bilingual Outbound Customer Service Representatives Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency required
  • Two years experience supporting a health care or customer service environment required
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to a varied customer base
  • Ability to maintain professional and compassionate tone at all times
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
  • Experience with clinical processes and Medicare Advantage plans preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com software preferred
