MANAGER FOR DAVE'S LAST RESORT & RAW BARlooking for a qualified leader to insure the staff understands the culture and quality that is expected from our loyal customers and potentially new customers. this is to be accomplished through hiring, training, coaching and ongoing development of staff.requirements2 years experience in a high volume atmosphere preferredeffective communication skillscost control & labor managementproficient computer skillsmaintenance and cleanliness skillsable to work in high volumeable to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays & special eventsthe Manager must earn the respect of the staff by leading by example. the manager must be able to lead and evaluate the staff in times of chaos. the manager must be able to help the general manager in developing and implementing a local marketing program.Compensationsalary commensurate with experiencebonus program an option (based on salary)2 weeks paid vacation dining privileges
