About this job
A Local Engineering Company is looking for a candidate that is fully proficient as a construction administrator. The majority of their projects are Large Commercial, Aviation, Healthcare, Educational facilities. Main project workload is support for large aviation projects in China. They will support other projects the Orlando office is supporting. They will be working side by side with the Project Team (Architect, Designer possibly a drafter) to support construction documents
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a construction administration role or full design role where candidates are taking projects from conception through design to final construction documents
- Familiar with construction documents (creating, numbering, putting final package together)
- Experience with larger scale projects (mid/high rise, aviation, institutional, education, manufacturing, etc.)
- Must be able to perform the following functions; respond to RFIs, process shop drawings, process change orders, coordinate between disciplines, review contractor applications etc.
- Some proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit is needed in order to review shop drawings/blue prints
