We’re looking for a Associate of Data Analytics & Visualization who will lead a team of analyst in taking paint by numbers to a whole new level. Using business analytics and SQL as your easel and Tableau as your canvas, you’ll transform spreadsheets and databases into dazzling displays of information and insights. You’ll mix together a variety of data sources to come up with the perfect color and the arrows you draw will point to actionable recommendations based on your analysis and experience. You will also be giving tours of your artwork and articulating the results to our business partners in Distribution, Marketing and Market leadership while at the same time leveraging their expertise to complete your masterpiece. Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective, strategic business solutions using data analysis & visualizations for business partners in marketing, distribution, sales, and consumer teams
Provide management with statistically valid findings and conclusions from analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, and trending complex data
Develop, implement and maintain reporting and dashboards using Tableau
Identify appropriate data sources, report metrics and tools for gathering required information per internal stakeholder requests
Effectively document and communicate decisions, understand customer needs and proactively elicit, capture, and communicate business requirements to meet those needs
Demonstrate critical thinking, facilitating a team approach to solve strategic and technical challenges
Evaluate and present information that clearly explains the results and impacts to the target audience
Drive the on time completion of deliverables using effective interpersonal influence, collaboration, communication and listening skills

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Math or related field

5+ years of experience in data analytics

3+ years’ experience with SQL, SAS and / or other statistical programs

2+ years of experience with Tableau or other BI dash boarding

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

Master degree in business, statistics or related field
7+ years of experience in data analytics
Healthcare experience
3+ years experience with Tableau
Experience using advanced analytical techniques
Experience working on projects from a strategic mindset without losing detailed information
Experience communicating effectively and working across many levels of an organization
