• $22.77/hr
• Monday-Friday; 7: 00am- 3: 30pm
• All candidates applying MUST have experience

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain good house-keeping procedures
• Develop/design all tooling/jigs/fixtures and test equipment/ gauges as required
• Assist in the developing and designing of new equipment
• Assist with the preparation of cost justification of capital projects
• Identify/develop/evaluate manufacturing methods/processes using tooling utilization and statistical data
• Develop/implement procedures to inspect tooling and insure all tooling meets requirements
• Assess complex tooling/equipment needs
• Remanufacture complex tooling components using reverse engineering disciplines
• Safely operate necessary equipment

Qualified candidates will:

• Be able to complete duties in a timely manner
• Be willing to share knowledge and train associates
• Have strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Understand and abide by all plant and safety rules/regulations

Education/ Experience Required:

• Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification
• 4+ years maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of good manufacturing techniques and processes

Physical Requirements of this position include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Must be able to stand on concrete for up to 12 hours
• Must be able to regularly bend, kneel and squat
• Must be able to work in temperatures corresponding with outside temperatures
• Must be able to be exposed to loud noise, dust, fumes and oils
