Overnight Stocking Supervisor - Full-time

 Specifically we are seeking a Full Time, Overnight Stocking Supervisor for our Portsmouth, NH store. This position supervises, supports, and trains the 3rd Shift Stocking team in merchandise execution, replenishment, and seasonal changes.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Responsible for the stocking and merchandising of a retail store

 • Works within Standards, Work Rules and Management direction

 • Responsible for all aspects of a retail operating environment (safety, security, utilities, alarms, etc)

 • Supervises from 5 - 15 associates

 • Provides excellent Merchandise Standards
 
Requirements:
 • Must be able to work assigned 3rd shift 10pm - 7am shift.  This schedule rotates and does include weekends/holidays.

• Previous retail supervisory experience

 • Proven success in decision making, tact, diplomacy, and flexibility

 • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

 • Physical demands while performing the duties of this job include: standing, walking, hearing, talking, bending, lifting or occasionally moving up to 50 pounds
