ABOUT THE JOB\:

This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function in delivering metrics and analytics to HR leadership team and leading workforce planning efforts.


* Provide analytic expertise to HR Business Partners.

*Apply understanding of the business and HR in order to evaluate information needs and to recommend and develop appropriate solutions (metrics, analyses, data collection, tool functionality, etc.) to inform human capital decision-making.


*Partner with division HR team to provide analyses/metrics in support of HR processes including Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Year-End Performance and Compensation processes, Employee Development, Diversity, Organization Design, etc.


*Produce monthly and quarterly scorecards for business units and consult with them on trends.


*Analyze and facilitate discussion of scorecard results with senior HR and line leaders.


* Develop and recommend scorecard target setting methodology for division scorecard metrics and report results, as applicable.  


*Conduct both simple and complex statistical analyses in support of business needs and HR functional area needs. 


*Present methodology and conclusions of analyses directly to HR Business Partners and/or senior executive teams.


*Facilitates increasing HR capability to access basic data directly through appropriate tools.


* Provide basic reports (e.g. rosters, counts, listings) as needed for those who do not have direct access to employee data.


* Collaborate with HRMS team to identify issues and solutions related to the HR reporting tools or employee data quality. 


Qualification:

Education\: Bachelor's degree required


Years of Related Experience\: 5-7


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities\: Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present data clearly and precisely to senior management and the general associate population; ability to translate information into insights, provide context to management and make recommendations as appropriate. Strong working knowledge of HR systems and the ability to extract/apply information for business advantage. Ability to influence other non- direct participants based on logic/ content. Proficient with MS excel Pivot tables, Graphs, and complex formulas.


PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\:
  • Proficiency in Business Objects Webi and/or SAP BW BEx
  • Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence
  • Experience with SAP, Taleo, and/or PeopleFluent
