Job Description
Staffmark's Staffing Specialists are Staffing Coordinators acting as a liaison between our customer and Staffmark and is responsible for clerical and administrative duties supporting the account ensuring that our customer receives the highest quality service. They check in new startsand provide Staffmark and our customer various reports and support programs and processes at the site. Works primarily at a customer's location. Scope of position may vary depending upon the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

Maintain good customer relations by coordinating all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality.
Coordinate all daily account activity with regard to the on-site customer staffing needs; Ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hiring managers and all users of temporary staffing employees.
Execute effective staffing strategies that deliver the applicant flow required to be successful by maintaining an effective recruiting plan with a variety of resources.
Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with on-site staffing employees for proper transition to assignment.
Oversee daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time for all on-site staffing associates to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy.
Interact with staffing employees monitoring processes and work output. Make recommendations or suggestions as warranted.
Counsels on-site staffing employees relative to attendance, productivity and overall job performance.
Maintain accurate on-site staffing employee files and appropriate on-site pre-assignment paperwork (i.e. I-9's, drug test templates, skill testing results, etc.). to Staffmark specifications.
Ensure compliance to the contract between the on-site customer and Staffmark for background checks, drug screening, billing, and any other terms outlined in the agreement.
Perform on-site employee quality evaluations on staffing employees.
Ensure accurate and timely information about the account and assigned on-site staffing employees are entered into the operating system. Maintain customer information relative to specific on-site account in the system.
Perform safety checks and support the customer's safety requirements.
Report on-site employee turnover and retention and implement solutions to improve through recognition and retention strategies.
Complete on-site incident investigations and appropriate paperwork.
Complete on-site staffing measurement and reporting on a daily and weekly basis, including the analysis of key performance indicator measurements and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Participate in the customer's meetings as appropriate to stay informed of the operations.
Perform miscellaneous duties as required.

Requirements

Job Requirements Have at least 2 years of staffing experience with accounts servicing 50+ people or more in a metric driven environment. Experience in the temporary employment industry preferred but not mandatory. Experience and/or ability to work in fast paced environment and working under pressure required. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Proficient time management skills. Be able to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environments Organized, objective, and detail oriented. Be highly energetic and have ability to work under pressure. Have a strong customer service attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. Have intermediate skills with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
