The Shift Manager manages the operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. The manager ensures objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines, and ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices. The manager also creates and maintains an "Employer of Choice" environment and provides leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew.

The ideal candidate should have successful previous experience in a restaurant setting, plus strong coaching and training skills to help others grow their careers, 'over the top' customer service skills, super organizational skills and the ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.
