Responsibilities:

• Manage all employees within the restaurant on assigned shift.
• Assist in training, retaining, motivating team members.
• Operate in a fast paced environment.
• Make decisions to ensure great tasting food, a fun working environment and fast and attentive guest service.

The ideal applicant will be outgoing, customer focused and willing to make decisions to improve our sales and brand!

The ideal candidates will be extremely customer focused, outgoing and friendly, with experience in the customer service industry. You will be responsible for all aspects of service, quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during your shift.  You must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a cook, line server and cashier.

Other requirements: *Minimum of 1-3 years of experience *Strong communication skills *Commitment to quality *Proven job longevity *Integrity
