Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
- Requires a high school or GED diploma
- Must be 18 years of age
- Requires 1-2 years supervisory experience and/or food service experience
- Requires cash handling experience
- Demonstrates knowledge of product, customer service, quality standards required, and equipment and operations standards
- Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills
- Demonstrates ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks
- Requires a flexible work schedule
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with individuals
