Pit Boss -

-Oversee the execution of the R&R brand of smoked meats on a daily basis for dining in, to-go, delivery, and off-site catering.
-Attend weekly meetings with the General Manager, Catering Coordinator, and Shift Leads.
-Serve as point of contact for the meats for the General Manager and the Kitchen Manager.
-Organize the smoker room on a daily and weekly basis using a proper rotation of product.
-Track daily meat usage and make appropriate calculations for the day and night meat loads.
-Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.
-Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.
-Must adhere to the cleaning schedule of the smokers.
-Time management and attention to detail is a critical aspect of the job.
-Responsible for frequent protein line checks to assure product quality.

Line Cook -

-Ensure every customer is provided with amazing service as you interact with guests
-Oversee the stocking and staging of all food, paper, and chemicals as necessary
-Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
-Have a vast knowledge of R&R's history
-Serve as the point of contact for guest concerns
-Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
-Perform other duties and positions as assigned by the General Manager and management

Lobby -

-Oversee the execution of the R&R brand on a daily basis
-Guarantee R&R's rigid food standards
-Required to work all positions when necessary as directed by management
-Serve as the first point of contact for concerns of guests in the store
-Oversee the stocking and staging of all food, paper, and chemicals as necessary
-Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness procedures
-Interact with guests enthusiastically while maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and outside areas
-Clean tables quickly and efficiently, remove dirty dishes, empty garbages, and clean bathrooms as needed
-Have a vast knowledge of R&R's history
-Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security
-Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
-Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and other managers.

Dishwasher -

-Ensure that dish areas and kitchen areas are clean
-Guarantee the cleaning and proper storage of all food containers and small wares on a daily basis
-Oversee the stocking and staging of all food, paper, and chemicals as necessary
-Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
-Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
-Perform other duties and positions as assigned by the General Manager and management
