As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing leadership and direction to all employees
Assisting the General Manager with all interviewing, hiring, training, firing and scheduling of all employees
Assisting the General Manager with all ordering and receiving of inventory and merchandise
Ensuring food product quality and shelf life with appropriate rotation and inventory management

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in either a quick service or full service restaurant
Knowledge of restaurant policies and practices, as well as operational and human resources practices
Exceptional customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Food Handler's license
