As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees
- Assisting the General Manager with all interviewing, hiring, training, firing and scheduling of all employees
- Assisting the General Manager with all ordering and receiving of inventory and merchandise
- Ensuring food product quality and shelf life with appropriate rotation and inventory management
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in either a quick service or full service restaurant
- Knowledge of restaurant policies and practices, as well as operational and human resources practices
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Food Handler's license
