Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experience Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager to secure new business in Wheatfield, Niagara Falls and Lockport areas (Niagara County).
Compensation for this position includes a base salary with aggressive commission/incentive opportunities. Also includes medical benefits, paid holidays and vacation.
The Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager is expected to maintain a high level of sales activities by identifying potential business opportunities in the local community and contacting key decision makers, through sales calls, by phone and in-person. Successful people in this role are comfortable contacting and engaging with business people at all levels.
- Must have the discipline and persistence to maximizing territory performance by following daily, weekly and develop quarterly sales plans which identify potential new clients.
- Must be able to identify and reach decision-makers through cold calls, research, and networking.
- Daily follow-up and appointment setting calls are mandatory.
- Analyze individual accounts to determine potential business and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
- Your communication and relationship skills will not only be vital with the clients you pursue but with your Express team as well. Maintaining strong relations before and after job orders with Staffing Consultants will ensure client’s needs are met in a timely manner.
- Must be a self-starter, have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Work with all levels of management
- Previous sales experience a plus but not necessary
- High energy upbeat personality
- Any knowledge of federal and state labor laws is helpful, but not required.
- Outside Sales position requires reliable transportation, car allowance provided
- College degree preferred. Minimum 2 year.
- Staffing industry experience a plus!
