House Cleaning - fun job, Mon-Friday daytimes, great pay!  Happy Homes Services Inc. -- Boise, ID WHY THIS JOB IS GREAT: * No weekends or evenings: One of the great things about this job is the awesome schedule - we work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until the day is done; usually between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., and we get a majority of the holidays off! * The pay: Another great thing about this job is the pay. Our average employee makes $11 per hour plus tips. * You don't work in a confined cubical: Your day looks like this: you drive from house to house, and get to make homes in our area beautiful, and the homeowners happy. The work is physically demanding, but it helps you stay active and healthy. * No stress: Show up at 8am get your assignment; head out with your team. Do quality jobs clean up your tools and your done for the day.  Many of our employees have been with us for a long time, and we are like a family.             No experience necessary.  We'll train you to be a pro in no time! JOB REQUIREMENTS: * A reliable vehicle (we do provide some vehicles, and you will not be required to drive every day) * A current driver's license and insurance with a clean driving record. * Able to pass a background check, drug test and have reliable references. * Be able to lift 30 lbs. and perform physically demanding work. * Work schedule availability will be M-F 8am to 5pm.  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIRED: * Proven ability to promote a positive and productive work environment. * Proven ability to achieve effective time management. * Proven ability to meet established goals and objectives. * Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines; self-directed. * Bilingual (Spanish) not required but a plus. PAY AND BENEFITS: * You will be paid $9 to $10 an hour (DOE) during the first week of training. * After training you can receive $10 to $14 an hour plus tips and benefits. * You will receive a daily gas allotment if you drive your vehicle for work. * Dental insurance, and paid time-off available.
