Customer Service Experience
Experience within Epaces or Navanet
Previous Medical Billing Experience

Job Description:

Must have experience within insurance website and benefits verification.

Entering data in a timely and accurate manner.

Review accuracy of reports and correct any errors.

Verifying eligibility with insurance carriers and knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT

Contacting insurance companies; making payment arrangements with patients and other claim related tasks.

Provide excellent customer service skills and professional telephone conduct with patients, physician clients, and insurance company representatives.

Microsoft Excel Preferred (Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)

General Medical Billing: 14-18

Revenue Cycle Management: 18-24
