About this job

Looking for professional customer service admin to work in fast paced and fun professional office environment.

-Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
-Enter order information and confirm sales order with customers.
-Customer service over the phone and face to face
-Continue education on new products
-Assist with customer mailings and shipment of products
-Research and resolve complex customer orders and technical questions
-De-escalate and resolve customer concerns

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

$13-$14/hr.

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma

-Minimum of 2 year professional customer service experience

-Strong technical background
