I am currently holding interviews for a client in the Blue Bell, PA area for a Human Resource Administrative Assistant. This is a 6 month contract position with the working hours of Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM. The HR Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Provide support to the on site HR supervisor
- Handle payroll discrepancies
- Assist with the on-boarding of new hires
- Answer employee questions
- Provide any additional support needed to the HR Department
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting a Human Resource Department
- Experience using an HRIS System
- Prior experience working in a contact center environment (preferred)
