Job Summary: The Inventory Analyst is responsible for planning, managing and maintaining replenishment for all specified lines of business. This position is also responsible for monitoring and adjusting variables to meet the needs of the stores. This individual will effectively manage the placement and/or replenishment of a designated product category to maintain an in stock standard while achieving planned turnover and revenue growth.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Utilizes Turnover and GMROII targets to assort items at store level to maximize the productivity of the planogram at the store level
* Manages system inputs to set replenish rules and parameters to execute the assortment plan to maximize in stock and
productivity at a store/item level
* Analyzes sales and stock levels to ensure that reorder recommendations made by the replenishment system reflect the sales
trend, presentations standards and turnover goals to optimize in-stock at a store/item level while not generating active aged
inventory
* Manages weekly financial forecasting of new receipts into supply chain, across multiple formats and flow paths.
* Manages within the receipt plans the amount of inventory needed to support in-stocks and sales goals within the approved
financial inventory plans
* Leads efforts with the merchants to align on a promotional forecast, executes the merchandise flow from the vendor to DC, and
allocates quantities to the store based on expected demand at store level.
* Maintains collaborative partnership with stores to maintain proper inventory levels to support profitable sales and communicates
key strategies and initiatives to store partners
* Signs off on all off planogram programs and set replenishment strategies to optimize sales and margin while maintaining
presentation standards
* Leads collaboration efforts with vendor partners to communicate sale and receipt plans to ensure vendors production lead times
support weekly item level needs for rolling 26 weeks. Coordinates all import flows between vendor, overseas buying office and
transportation.
* Leads others to adapt processes, solutions, successes and ideas. Provides continuous education about system capabilities and
supply chain processes
* Addresses individual store concerns (via Pebble) for all inventory related issues
* Coordinates all item set up: including vendor set ups, merchant required fields, item ship configurations and flow paths.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors Degree
* Less than one year of related experience
* 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
* Highly flexible and able to work well under pressure
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and Windows-based programs
* Basic Application Expertise
* Knowledge of Inventory Management Metrics such as Overall In-stock National Division Actual, Advertising In-stock National
Division Actual, and Inventory Turnover - Total Supply Chain at Cost
PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor's Level Degree in Supply Chain related field
