Customer Service / Warehouse Admin

International company located in central Lake County is looking for hire Customer Service / Warehouse Support. Customer service focuses on processing spare parts orders and all aspects of shipping, warranty and inventory control. The ideal applicant will be an individual who will share our passion for world-class customer support, who has good communication skills verbally and in writing and who will be a good team-player.

Position Highlights:

• Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Ability to work overtime as requested.

• Pay rate $16-20/hour based on skills and experience
• Casual working environment; wear jeans every day!
• Variety of work – must be able to ‘wear multiple hats’.

Duties for Customer Service / Warehouse Admin

• Running and submitting invoices by mail, e-mail and upload through auto web.
• Generating quotations for parts by e-mail and verbally over the phone.
• Generating service quotations.
• Management of warranty orders.
• Making physical warehouse adjustment in inventory systems.

Skills and Requirements needed for Customer Service / Warehouse Admin

• At least 1 year of previous B2B Customer Service experience
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and internet explorer web browser.
• Knowledge of typing and ability to learn data entry procedures.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience from the manufacturing and/or distribution industry.
• “Can Do” attitude and flexible to other tasks and duties.
