Procurement
You’ll help create a competitive advantage for Mondelēz International by building winning supplier partnerships and effectively managing all company resources. Working with the businesses, you and your team will drive sustainable top and bottom-line growth through supplier innovation, best-in-class margin and cash management, and highly efficient source-to-pay processes
Purpose of Role
Work together with the Marketing & Sales Procurement team in order to ensure successful roll out and maintenance of the SOW ( Statement of work tool ) within NA ATL/BTL agencies, as well as Production compliance. Support SRM with the ATL/BTL agencies defining criteria/ tool for supplier evaluation and stepping up relations via setting up proper Agencies governance.
Main Responsibilities
1. Assist Spend Area Manager with strategic planning and the execution of sourcing practices
• Define requirements and templates for analytics and market intelligence. Leverage spend tools to analyze supplier spend by category.
• Support the continous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes.
• Analyze spend baseline, Spend Area profile, and market insights to support development of Spend Area and supplier strategies.
• Support the development of Go-To-Market and negotiation strategies in alignment with the Spend Area Manager and ensure proper documentation thereof.
• Coordinate with off-shore Sourcing Analyst Pool to provide support on sourcing events (e.g. bid event preparation, supplier communication package, negotiation decks).
• Perform supplier analysis including supplier screening, financials and capability assessments to support supplier selection process
2. Execute end-to-end sourcing projects for less complex Spend Areas in alignment with the Spend Area Manager
• Manage the implementation or sourcing execution for less complex Spend Areas.
• Perform supplier selection and spend analysis, validated by the Spend Area Manager.

3. Assist and drive stakeholder alignment
• Manage SOW ( Statement of Work Tool) process across NA
Support the Spend Area Manager in the identification of the stakeholders in the initiation of the strategy development and sourcing execution projects.
• Actively engage with stakeholders as defined in alignment with the Spend Area Manager throughout the strategy development and sourcing execution process.
• Ensure that the input from the stakeholder is considered in the process.
• Prepare appropriate documentation.
4. Provide insights on Procurement analytics and data
- Escalate issues to the Spend Area Manager or Spend Area Director.
- Report on category trends and best practices, keep current on industry trends
5. Assist in supplier relationship
- Drive SRM with ATL/BTL agencies establishing criteria for Agencies Evaluation, process & tool deployment
- Drive Capability assessment of Agencies
- Obtain feedback on supplier performance related to service, quality and delivery to help build insights for supplier relationship management (SRM) program.
• Monitor, control and report KPI’s for the assigned Spend Area.
- manage agency YE performance process, including but not limited to compiling and reporting results
6. Support days payable outstanding for NA sub spend areas
• Active support of Productivity and Payment Terms recording and tracking.
