Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

This role is for outbound calls.

• Mostly outbound calls, but some inbound as well (not sales).
• Place/take up to 50 calls a day
• Outbound calls will be list of loans to call agents to make sure premiums are being paid to them (mutual customer of QBE).

Qualifications:

• Collections background
• Call Center background; outbound experience preferred.
• 45 WPM
• Must have good Excel Skills
• Must have ability to navigate a computer system and multiple databases.
• Must have some form of customer service
• High attention to detail
• Ability to type and talk at same time
