Come join a fun team serving Seniors in Texoma! Home Instead Senior Care in Sherman, Texas, is looking for a Service Manager to direct and coordinate all activities related to client schedules and plans of care. This individual would supervise our Service Coordinator and Office Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Reflect the core values of Swang & Associates, Inc, d.b.a. Home Instead Senior Care.
- Provide leadership and management of client care which effects operational efficiency, quality of care and operational goals.
- Manage outcomes of department activities and direct changes that will drive achievement of operational goals.
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with Clients, families and referral sources in the community.
- Establish and maintain a positive relationships with our local administrative team.
Qualifications
- Experience with supervising employees.
- Knowledge of the senior care industry is preferred.
- A clean criminal record, drug screen and driving record.
