Primary Responsibilities:


Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data

Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning

Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis

Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate

Develop and manage accurate and detailed planning documents to optimize departmental success and performance, i.e., budget, call center volume forecasts, staffing models, etc

Experience with extracting source data and manipulation it into meaningful information / reports

Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements

Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems

Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses

Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks

Translates concepts into practice

Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues

Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others

Acts as a resource for others with less experience

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Associate’s Degree

3+ years of experience in business operations

3+ years in an analytic role 

3+ years of experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting

Advanced level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) 
Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with Call Center data sets, metrics and systems

Experience in health care operations

1+ years of experience with extracting source data and manipulating it into meaningful information / reports

Intermediate experience in SQL, SQL Reporting Services, or equivalent data capture / reporting tools

Intermediate level understanding of ODBC and MS Excel (VBA, Macros)

1+ years of experience developing and modifying queries of source data from a variety of applications to create accurate and timely reports upon request

Basic level knowledge of relational databases, database structures

Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally

Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data

Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail
