The Associate Director of Sales Analytics is a critical member of the Competitive Market Intelligence & Sales Analytics team within the UnitedHealthcare Community & State organization. You will support the company's Dual Special Needs Plan D-SNP growth aspirations and retention initiatives through tracking sales & retention performance, developing analytics & insights, and providing leadership to the Sales Analytics team.We are seeking people with excellent analytical, project management and leadership skills who thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.Primary Responsibilities:

Liaise with sales organization, retention team and other key stakeholders to understand data & reporting needs and identify priorities and enhancement opportunities
Conduct performance tracking & trend analysis on enrollment, disenrollment, member retention, membership growth, providers, and other areas of interest

Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly & monthly reports for distribution to local, regional, and national leadership teams
Lead the development of critical analysis and actionable insights to support sales growth, marketing, business development, proposal development, planning, and other decision needs
Performs statistical analysis to quantify relationships between business drivers and outcomes

Work closely with Market & Competitive intelligence team to track market share and conduct strategic market and competitive assessments
Establish a robust process to efficiently extract data from internal and external databases and transform data into templates, worksheets, and analytical datasets
Work with Business Intelligence and other teams to develop innovative solutions and improve the efficiency and capabilities of data gathering and reporting
Establish and maintain an effective sales dashboard to communicate sales data and insights
Lead the Analytics team with intense curiosity, positive intent, innovation and proactivity

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of sales, business or financial analysis experience with demonstrated experience in synthesizing & analyzing large volumes of data and translating data into actionable insights

3+ years of healthcare industry related experience

2+ years of project management experience

Experience reporting and utilizing analytic systems and/or business intelligence tools (i.e., Business Objects, MicroStrategy, QlikView, etc.)

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or related analytics field
Professional experience in Medicaid, Medicare and / or Dual Special Needs DSNP
Project management experience in a matrix organization
Experience using Tableau or similar dashboard & data visualizations software

Familiarity with Salesforce
