Seeking Part-Time Event Servers and Experienced Bartenders

We are currently seeking part-time Event Servers and Bartenders that enjoy working in a fast paced environment and thrive on providing exemplary customer service to our guests.   Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a challenge and enthusiastically working with a team to overcome it. Serving experience is preferred but a great attitude goes a long way!

As a member of the Arthur’s Catering team, you will work with a diverse group of people from our warehouse, operations, sales, and culinary teams. We believe that collaborating in a team based environment leads to exceptional service and a happy client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload equipment for event setup, ensuring proper safety precautions are always taken
• Perform setup duties as requested by Event Designers and Event Captains
• Attend to guest requests, such as replenishing food, refilling beverages, etc.
• Learn and apply a variety of service styles including buffet, plated, family style and attended stations to maintain consistency and quality of the food through the Arthur’s Training Program
• Ensure the guest experience is always top priority by consistently providing industry leading customer service
• Maintain safe food handling at all times
• Complete clean up, breakdown and loading of all equipment, ensuring all equipment is kept clean and packed properly

Requirements

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand, bend, and stoop repeatedly
• Flexible Schedule
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various locations throughout Central Florida
• Be able to pass a background check
• Previous bartending experience required (bartenders only)
