Client Care Coordinator

We place CAREGivers with seniors in their homes to encourage, assist, and stimulate our clients in a variety of daily activities that improve their quality of life and help them maintain their independence.

We're growing and are looking for a Client Care Coordinator who is capable of meeting with seniors and their families to develop a safe and enjoyable care plan for them to stay in their home. Our Client Care Coordinator will also conduct supervisory visits and make ongoing suggestions to ensure the best quality care and service for our clients. The right candidate will be well organized, VERY detailed and with a strong ability to problem solve in a very fast paced environment. This person will be in charge of educating family members, clients and potential clients about our services. This individual must be able to coach caregivers and be a mentor.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
• Conduct Care Consultations with prospective clients and families
• Conduct In home Supervisory Visits
• Conduct Client and Caregiver introductions
• Coach and Mentor Caregivers
• Problem solve client issues and concerns
• Inform current and potential clients on needed services and maximize their experience with our company
• Daily driving

QUALIFICATIONS:
• LPN Certification
• Passion for Seniors
• Results Oriented
• Self-Motivated
• Problem Solver
• Cool and calm under pressure
• Desire to be held accountable
• Positive attitude and Team Player focused
• Punctuality, dependability and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and uncover customer needs
• Able to multi-task, maintain a strong work ethic, detail oriented & organized
• Candidate needs to enjoy working in a very fast paced team oriented environment and have strong leadership qualities.
• Be able to market within Hospitals and Senior Communities, not afraid to approach nurses, administrators and other community professionals
• Computer literate
• Good driving record

Home Instead Senior Care is heavily involved in the senior community. We hold regular fundraisers and education classes so that our CAREGivers feel involved in what's happening locally and prepared for situations that might come up in the home. We collected, wrapped and delivered over 800 gifts to seniors in need during the Christmas season through our Be a Santa to a Senior Program.We offer 24 hour support from a live office staff member.
