Integrated Oncology, a Laboratory Corporation of America Company, is actively recruiting for a Client Services Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Interested candidates should possess a High School degree. However, a BS degree preferred. Considered candidates will possess 1 to 3 years of applicable Client/customer service experience in a health related field.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to addressing and evaluating internal and external client inquiries, concerns, and trends. This person will serve as the client liaison for all medical, technical, sales, and support services. Other tasks will include documentation of client call requests and patient records.
