The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking a Care Suites Restorative Nursing Assistant (RA) to provide person-centered, individualized restorative care to long term residents under the direction of the Physical Therapy Department (includes PT, OT, ST), RCF RN and Administrator. Applicants must possess knowledge of restorative techniques, knowledge and consistent observance of universal precautions, current infection control techniques and a consistent awareness of safety. Must have the ability to coach and train caregivers on restorative techniques and have Nursing Aide certification with a minimum one year experience as a CNA. Restorative Aide training and experience preferred.
